Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A.  All packages are sent out within 24 hours of purchase. They will arrive via USPS. Your order will usually arrive in 3 to 7 days.  If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us.

Q. How long do I have to complete and return my study course?

A. 1 year from the date  purchased.

Q. What if I fail a test?

A. You may re-take the test as many times as necessary for no charge.

Q. Who reports my points?

A. You are responsible for reporting your points to the A.R.R.T. using their renewal form. 

   *(we do report to Florida and Iowa)

Q. What if I lose my certificate?

A. Contact Us! We are mandated to keep all records for 4 years. We will gladly replace your certificate for free during this time frame.

Q. Will you have more tests in the future?

A. Absolutely! We are working every day to provide you with new and easy tests. Check back often!
